Chattanooga WorkSmart works as a match making tool between businesses and residents of the Renewal Community. WorkSmart can put your job application in front of many different employers at once. When a WorkSmart Business has an open position, they go to a special on-line database and search for someone to fill the position. See below to see how you can enroll in Chattanooga WorkSmart.
Special Notice to All Job Seekers: Your name will not be available to subscribers until they chose to call or interview you, giving you maximum confidentiality. Don't be afraid to enroll--- employers will seek by qualifications, availability and other important variables before they even know who they are looking at. Only when they want to talk further with a WorkSmart enrollee, then contact information is supplied.
College Graduates or Current/Previous College Students
Enrollment in WorkSmart is Free! Just fill out and complete the WorkSmart Enrollment Form, Life Skills Quiz and provide proof of current address. Mail these documents to:

and within 48 hours your information will be available to employers through WorkSmart. (You will not be enrolled until all 3 items are received)

All Other Job Seekers
You must live in the RC Zone to participate in WorkSmart. Check Locator to see if you are in the Zone and are eligible to participate.
Enrollment in WorkSmart is Free! If you are not in college or have a college degree, you must attend a WorkSmart Enrollment Meeting to complete the enrollment forms. You will also receive an Overview of the WorkSmart program and have a chance to ask questions at these meetings.
