Click on "Are you in the Zone" to the left and follow the instructions. If you are not living in the zone, you are not eligble for this program. If you have are a college graduate, college student, or have attended college in the past you may fill out your WorkSmart Enrollment form and take your Life Skills test on-line. You will still need to send proof of your college education (i.e. copy of Student ID or Diploma) and residence (i.e. copy of your Driver License, Utility Bill) to: Chattanooga WorkSmart Mayor's Office/Lyn Price 100 E. 11th Street Chattanooga, TN 37415. Your proof of college education and residence must be received before you are entered into the database. If you have any questions, you may call 3-1-1 or 425-3812.
