Vacant RC Properties
1. Request an account. You will be asked for contact and business information. Accounts are for property owners, realtors and leasing agents only. You will set up your username (email address) and your password at this time. A verification email will be sent to you. After completing this step the first time, you may go directly to Property Manager to add properties.

2. After receiving an account, you may add properties to the website via the Property Manager tool. To effectively add a property you need to have the following information ready:
  Tax Map #
  Address
  Units Available (if multi-unit lease)
  Owner
  Contact
  Website
  Email
  Building on Property? Y/N
  Square Footage of Building
  Property for Sale or Lease
  Sale/Lease Price
  Type (Industrial/manufacturing, Professional/Office, Commercial/Retail)
  Any pictures
  Zoning
  Construction Type
  # Loading Docks
  When Available
  Other Features

3. After submitting a property, you will receive a notification email as to whether it has been accepted or not.
